If you have a pet bird check with the Center for Avian Adoption, Rescue, and Education (CAARE), an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit parrot shelter in North Dakota devoted to the welfare of companion parrots. If you have an unwanted pet bird or parrot, CAARE may be able to help you and can certainly provide advice.
