PET REGULATIONS IN KANSAS
If you're wanting to purchase or adopt a new pet, use these resources to help you find out if the pet you want is prohibited or controlled (i.e., requires a permit) in your state. Some animals are not allowed in the homes of average Kansas residents, mostly due to their inherently dangerous natural qualities. Animals the state of Kansas considers to be inherently dangerous, which includes hybrid animals, such as the following:
