Animal Rescue Directory Wyoming provides information about many different shelters and organizations that can help you.
If you have a pet bird, check with the Central Wyoming Aviary, a 501(c)(3) non-profit avian rescue based in Riverton, WY serving all of Wyoming and the surrounding states. If you have an unwanted pet bird or parrot CWA may be able to help you and can certainly provide advice.
